How to Start a Return

• Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
• Pack your return items securely and seal the package firmly.y.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost once verified.

For faster replacements, you may choose to repurchase the correct item and we’ll process your refund once the original is returned.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

• Unauthorized returns (those sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
