If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
- Then notify our team at hello@shopgoldnbeauty.com. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking or replacing your order.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive deliveries.
