• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased traffic and sales volume.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• DHL Express (for select international orders)

4. FREE SHIPPING

Domestic (United States)

• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal of $45 or more (excluding taxes and shipping).

International (Canada, U.K., Australia)

• No free shipping offered at this time.

5. USPS Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

• First Class Mail: 3-7 business days
• Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Canada

• First Class Mail: 7-14 business days
• Priority Mail: 4-6 business days

United Kingdom

• First Class Mail: 7-14 business days
• Priority Mail: 4-6 business days

Australia

• First Class Mail: 10-20 business days
• Priority Mail: 5-8 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and do not include processing time. The above mentioned delivery times are an “estimate” provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are not guaranteed, including their Priority Mail services (domestic or international). Please consider using UPS (not to be confused with USPS) for more guaranteed and reliable delivery shipping services.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@shopgoldnbeauty.com.

7. DELAYS, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Goldn Beauty is not responsible for delayed, misplaced, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

• Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
• Then notify our team at info@shopgoldnbeauty.com. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking or replacing your order.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive deliveries.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

9. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

To modify or cancel an order, please contact info@shopgoldnbeauty.com within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, it can no longer be changed.

10. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We’ll evaluate the situation and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
